Keldie Paroschi joined the BRI team in October 2024 in a new position as BRI Assistant Director. Born in Brazil, she brings international experience with her since she lived and studied in Europe, South-America, and the United States. Keldie is fluent in Portuguese, English, German, and skilled in the biblical languages. She holds a BA in Theology from the Theological Seminary at the Adventist University of São Paulo (Brazil), an MA in Religion from Andrews University, and currently is a Ph.D. candidate in New Testament at Asbury Theological Seminary. She has published several peer-reviewed scholarly articles and has served as an online teacher, chaplain, and also helped with editing several BRI book projects. Her research interest includes Paul, the resurrection, and the reliability of the Gospels. Together with Frank M. Hasel she was the co-host and conversation partner in the podcast series “Understanding Adventist Beliefs”, that covered all 28 Fundamental Beliefs of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, produced by the Communication Department of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL-k2Gb-DBYo8Gjxx9GU3EvQMPKR7owMwh). We are delighted to welcome Keldie to the BRI team and extend a warm welcome to her, as she joins the BRI in the service and ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
